Cheese – cream – sauce

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 400 g cream
  • 2 packs of cheese (processed cheese, 1 cream flavor; 1 herb flavor)
  • 2 bunch spring onions
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 pack of cooked ham
  • Tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • Herbs as desired
  • Fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Finely chop the ham, spring onions, and mushrooms. Then heat the fat in a deep frying pan and sear the ham and spring onions. Add the mushrooms and continue frying at high heat until most of the liquid has evaporated. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the cheese spread to the pan and melt, stirring constantly. Top with cream and add the tomato paste to give the sauce a pinkish hue. Season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar, and herbs. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce.
