Ingredients for 1 servings:

- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 50 g diced ham
- oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) (180°C fan/convection oven). Finely dice the onions and mix with the cheese and eggs. Then add the gluten powder to the mixture to thicken it slightly. Cut the cherry tomatoes into small cubes and mix them into half of the batter. Oregano goes perfectly with the tomato batter. Add the diced ham to the other half of the batter. Place each small batter on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, using a tablespoon. Bake for about 20 minutes, until the batters are nicely browned. Let cool on the baking sheet. The ingredients are very versatile; pepperoni or diced bell peppers, for example, also go very well with it. It tastes delicious as a snack and is also great cold on the go. However, you need to plan large quantities for a party buffet, as it will be gobbled up quickly. The entire batch has 650 kcal and 9 g of carbohydrates.
