Grilled rosemary potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 0.6 kg potatoes, preferably large
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes

Peel the potatoes, cut them into 0.5 cm thick slices, and place them in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and rosemary. Finely chop the garlic and add it to the bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and mix the ingredients well. Let the potatoes marinate for about an hour, then place them in batches on aluminum foil. Place the potato parcels on the grill for about 20-30 minutes, depending on the heat. Tip: If you like, add a small, diced onion.
