Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 7 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 spring onions, cut into fine rings
  • some dill, fresh, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, grainy
  • some lemon zest
  • Sea salt and white pepper, freshly ground
  • e.g. olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the radish slices, spring onions, and dill in a salad bowl. Mix the cream cheese with lemon zest, salt, pepper, and a little olive oil, if desired. Pour over the salad and fold in.
