- 1 romaine lettuce
- 200 g watermelon(s)
- 1 ball of mozzarella, approx. 125 g
- 1 pack of chicken breast slices, approx. 150 g
- basil
- Chili oil (olive oil with chili)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Trim the lettuce and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Cut the watermelon into chunks, along with the chicken breast and mozzarella. Pick the basil leaves. Place everything in a bowl and mix gently. Season with a generous splash of olive oil and chili. Let it sit for a moment. This looks especially pretty when you arrange the salad in the hollowed-out melon shell.
