Tagliatelle verde, baked

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g green tagliatelle
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste with seasoning vegetables
  • 2 tbsp onion(s), finely diced
  • 1 garlic clove(s), finely diced
  • 75 ml red wine, dry
  • Herbs of Provence
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 g mountain cheese, freshly grated
  • ½ tbsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Cook the pasta and set aside. Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, and Provençal herbs and fry in hot oil. Sauté the diced onion and garlic until translucent. Add the tomato paste and fry briefly. Deglaze with red wine and bring to a boil. Mix the pasta with the ground beef, transfer to a greased baking dish, sprinkle with the mountain cheese, and sprinkle with oregano. Bake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes (do not let the cheese overcook).
