Pasta gratin with spicy minced meat sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta, short (e.g. penne)
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 jar Hungarian-style paprika sauce
  • 250 g sour cream
  • ¼ tube(s) Tomato paste
  • 250 ml water
  • 100 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Fry the minced meat with onions and garlic until tender. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Mix the paprika sauce, sour cream, tomato paste, and water. Mix the pasta, minced meat, and sauce together and place in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Serve with lamb’s lettuce.
