Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g white cabbage, prepared and weighed
  • 2 turnip(s), yellow
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red or green
  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), approx. 100 g
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 apple, approx. 150 g
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 60 g rapeseed oil
  • 125 g white wine vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 30 minutes

Very good to prepare, because it needs to steep for at least 1 day.

Finely grate or finely chop the white cabbage, yellow beets, bell peppers, onions, chili peppers, and apple. Place in a covered bowl. For the marinade, bring the ingredients to a boil and pour over the vegetables. Cover and let stand for at least one day, preferably two.
