Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 200 g Emmental cheese
- 100 g herb cream cheese
- 30 g almond flour
- 40 g flaxseed flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp, crushed cream of tartar
- 1 tsp sautéed oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Grate the cheese. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Shape the dough into a baguette and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (convection oven) or 200°C (conventional oven) for about 30 minutes on the middle rack. This is the perfect low-carb baguette for the barbecue season.
