Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g cream cheese
- 200 g cream cheese, grainy
- 3 eggs
- 125 g flaxseed flour
- 40 g psyllium husks
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- n. B. spice(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix to form a dough. Season to taste. Tip: I like to add a little fennel, but you could just as easily use onion flavoring or caraway. It all depends on your preference. Form two baguettes from the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Score the tops. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 45 minutes. Note: Don’t be alarmed, they will be very dark. Since they are very fluffy on the inside and the crust isn’t as hard as a regular baguette, this isn’t a problem.
