Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 3 eggs
  • 60 g almond flour
  • 50 g protein powder
  • 1 tsp guar gum
  • ½ bag(s) of baking powder
  • 100 g diced ham
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp xylitol (sugar substitute)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mix all ingredients thoroughly, pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 175 ° (convection oven)
