Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g quark
- 3 eggs
- 60 g almond flour
- 50 g protein powder
- 1 tsp guar gum
- ½ bag(s) of baking powder
- 100 g diced ham
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp xylitol (sugar substitute)
