Mix eggs, cream cheese, protein powder, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Then fry the pancakes in a pan with oil. This recipe makes about 4 pancakes. I usually use plain protein powder. If you like your pancakes a little sweeter, you can also use vanilla-flavored protein powder or something similar. Suitable toppings on a ketogenic diet include sausage, cheese, cream cheese, pesto, as well as mushrooms and low-carb vegetables.
