Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 2 slices of Gouda
  • 6 slices of salami
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 pinch(s) herb salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Low-carb suitable

Crack the eggs into a small bowl. Add finely chopped parsley and seasonings and mix well. Pour the mixture into a nonstick pan over medium heat. When the egg is slightly set on the bottom, press the cheese and salami into the still-liquid egg and cover. After 3-5 minutes, when the egg is slightly set on top, flip the omelet and cook for 1-3 minutes on the other side. Tip: Serve with a fresh salad for a light meal, especially in the evening when you’re trying to cut down on fatty foods.
