- 1 celeriac
- 1 tbsp oil
- n. B. spice mix (e.g. French fries seasoning)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
vegan, oven-baked, healthy fries alternative
Peel the celery and cut it into fries. Place it in a bowl and toss with the oil and seasoning. Then place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes. Alternatively, you can also prepare it in a frying pan or deep fryer, but then you’ll have a serious fat bomb. It’s also perfect as a low-carb snack.
