Minced meat pizza rolls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 pkt. pizza dough, ready-made, from the refrigerated section
  • 2 jars of tomato sauce (pizza sauce), this is usually included with the pizza dough
  • 2 onions
  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 200 g cheese, grated, more if needed
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 bell pepper(s) or 2 if needed
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche, approx. 200 g
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Peel the onions and chop into small pieces. Peel and chop the garlic cloves. Fry the onions and garlic in a deep pan. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika and remove from the heat. Trim and dice the bell peppers. Drain the corn. Roll out the pizza dough and spread with the tomato sauce. Spread the crème fraîche over it. Spread the minced meat on top. Sprinkle the corn and diced bell peppers on top. Cut each pizza dough into approximately 2 cm thick strips and roll them into snails. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place a dollop of crème fraîche on each snail and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for approximately 25 minutes. This amount is enough for approximately one and a half trays of snails.
