Leek and mince pizza

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 pack of yeast dough or pizza dough, from the refrigerated section
  • 50 g bacon, streaky
  • n. B. Emmentaler, freshly grated
  • n. B. herbal salt
  • e.g. caraway, ground
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Fry the minced meat in a little oil until crumbly, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cut the bacon into small pieces and the leek into rings. Season the leek in a large pan with salt, pepper, and caraway seeds and sauté until slightly softened. Remove from the pan and mix with the minced meat and bacon. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Roll out the yeast dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, prick it several times with a fork, and spread the leek and minced meat mixture on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake the pizza for 20-25 minutes.
