Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g minced meat
- 20 g olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 large onion(s)
- 400 g potatoes, diced
- 800 g savoy cabbage, cut into strips
- 250 g tomatoes, pureed
- 250 g sheep’s cheese
- Vegetable broth, instant
- salt and pepper
- chili
- oregano
- Thyme
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Finely chop the onions and garlic and sauté in oil. Add the minced meat and brown well. Add the passata and season well. Meanwhile, pre-cook the diced potatoes and the sliced savoy cabbage in lightly salted water. Make sure both are not too soft, as they will be baked later. Layer everything in a baking dish and sprinkle with the crumbled feta cheese. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
