Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g minced meat
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 400 g potatoes, diced
  • 800 g savoy cabbage, cut into strips
  • 250 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 250 g sheep’s cheese
  • Vegetable broth, instant
  • salt and pepper
  • chili
  • oregano
  • Thyme

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Finely chop the onions and garlic and sauté in oil. Add the minced meat and brown well. Add the passata and season well. Meanwhile, pre-cook the diced potatoes and the sliced ​​savoy cabbage in lightly salted water. Make sure both are not too soft, as they will be baked later. Layer everything in a baking dish and sprinkle with the crumbled feta cheese. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
