Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of potato dumplings
- Clarified butter
- 300 g minced meat, mixed
- oil
- 300 g sauerkraut
- 150 ml vegetable stock
- Tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- 100 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Brown the dumplings in a pan in a little clarified butter. Cook the sauerkraut with vegetable broth and season with tomato paste. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and brown it in a little oil. Place the dumplings, sauerkraut, and minced meat in a baking dish and mix. Spread the cheese on top and bake the casserole for 20 minutes at 180°C.
