Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g dumplings – leftovers (bread dumplings) and pasta leftovers, cooked
  • 300 g leftover roast or cooked meat
  • 100 g butter flakes
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 125 liters of sour cream
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 13 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 33 minutes

Cut all leftovers into small cubes. Beat the butter and egg yolks until fluffy. Stir in the leftovers, then stir in the sour cream. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the mixture. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and butter flakes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C on the middle rack for about 20 minutes. Serve with a green salad.
