Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g pasta (macaroni), chopped, soft-cooked
  • 100 g butter
  • 40 g flour
  • ⅛ liter milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • ¼ liter sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 g smoked, finely chopped meat of your choice
  • 80 g Parmesan, grated
  • 3 egg whites
  • nutmeg
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Make a béchamel sauce from butter, flour, and milk. Stir in the egg yolks, cream, and softened butter. Add the short-broken, soft-cooked macaroni, the spices, and the finely chopped smoked meat. Finally, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold in. Pour into a greased baking dish, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
