Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g flour
  • 1 sachet of yeast (dry yeast)
  • 1 ½ cups sour cream
  • 1 pt. Ham, raw, diced
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • Water
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Knead water, flour, yeast, and salt into a dough, then let it rise for a while. Take small portions of the dough and roll them out thinly (the shape doesn’t matter), spread them with sour cream, and scatter ham cubes on top, if desired. Bake on a floured baking sheet for 10-12 minutes. After baking, sprinkle the previously sliced ​​spring onions over the spots.
