Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 750 g flour
- 1 cube of yeast
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 350 ml water
- 250 g bacon, diced
- 2 m.-large onion(s), diced
- 200 g cream cheese (herb cream cheese)
- 200 g sour cream
- 100 ml milk
- 400 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Grease for the trays
Instructions

Dinnete
Knead the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar into a smooth yeast dough. Cover and let rest for about 5 minutes. Brown the bacon in a hot pan, then add the onions and sauté. Then add the milk, cream cheese, and sour cream. Bring to a boil briefly and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Divide the yeast dough, roll it out, and place each half on a greased baking sheet. Spread the bacon and onion mixture evenly over both sheets of dough and sprinkle 200g of cheese over each. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 15 minutes.
