Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg turkey meat or schnitzel meat
  • 400 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 400 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 400 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 250 ml red wine
  • 4 cups whipped cream
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the meat into cubes, season with salt and pepper, sear, and place in a deep casserole dish. Clean and slice the mushrooms, sauté briefly in the same pan, and add them to the meat. Dice the ham and top with the cheese. Pour in the red wine from the side. Whip the cream until stiff and spread it lightly over the meat. Bake at 180-200 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes. Serve with a green salad and baguette (for dipping the sauce), or with rice or pasta.
