Zucchini carpaccio

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g zucchini
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 100 g mountain cheese
  • 2 tomatoes (Roma tomatoes)
  • olive oil
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • Salt (Fleur de Sel)
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Wash the zucchini and slice it lengthwise into thin slices. Cut the cheese, tomatoes, and cooked ham into very small cubes and season with oil, vinegar, fleur de sel, and pepper. Heat a little oil in a pan and lightly fry the zucchini slices on both sides. Drain on kitchen paper and season lightly with fleur de sel. Divide the zucchini slices among 4 plates and arrange the cheese, tomato, and ham salad in the center of the plate. Drizzle with lemon juice.
