Spaghetti with spicy brunch sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 1 cup cream cheese (brunch paprika & pepper)
  • possibly cream or milk
  • some cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • some olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with cherry tomatoes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Add a little olive oil to a pan, add the quartered cherry tomatoes, and fry briefly. Add the brunch and stir in. If desired, add a dash of cream or milk for a thinner sauce. Simmer briefly and then serve with the drained spaghetti.
