Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g cornstarch (Mondamin)

Cream the butter with vanilla sugar and powdered sugar until fluffy. Slowly add the flour and Mondamin, mix well, and knead everything into a smooth dough. Shape the dough into a log, cut the log into short pieces, form them into small balls, and flatten them slightly with a fork. If the fork sticks, dip it in a little flour. Bake the cookies at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes.
