Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g tagliatelle, orange
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 large red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 half onion(s)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 3 tbsp spice mix, Maggi No. 6
  • 3 tbsp herb cream cheese
  • 1 dash of tomato paste
  • some sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Fresh herbs, as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Peel the tomatoes and dice them. Wash, trim, and slice the bell pepper. Dice the onion. Sauté the onions in oil, deglaze with cream, and add the tomatoes and bell pepper. Add the cream cheese, tomato paste, seasoning, and sugar. Bring to a boil briefly and serve with the pasta garnished with herbs.
