  • 180 g spelt flour type 1050
  • 250 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 can tomatoes, chunky, spicy
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 150 g salami (pizza salami)
  • 160 g pepper, pickled
  • Oregano or pizza seasoning
  • Rapeseed oil
  • salt and pepper
