Pasta with feta cheese and tomato sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bunch basil, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Wash the zucchini and dice it along with the feta cheese. Sauté the onion and garlic in heated olive oil until translucent. Add the zucchini to the diced onion and garlic and sauté briefly. Then add the diced tomatoes and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions. Finally, add the feta cheese to the sauce, season with salt and pepper, and bring back to a boil briefly. Add fresh basil. Mix the sauce with the pasta and serve.
