Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g fresh tortellini
- 100 g salami (Milanese)
- ½ liter tomato(s), pureed (tetrapak)
- 1 red chili pepper(s)
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt

Tortellini tagliente with salsa di pomodoro and Salame Milanese alla Didi
Cut the salami into small pieces and fry briefly. Wash the chili pepper, halve it, remove the seeds and skin, then cut it into thin strips and then dice the strips into small pieces. Add the diced chili pepper to the salami. Add 1/2 liter of passata, season with basil and oregano, and season with salt. Add the tortellini to the sauce and heat for about 5 minutes. Serve.
