Pasta with broccoli cream sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 350 g pasta
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 50 g bacon
  • 200 ml cream
  • 125 ml broth
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • Cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Meanwhile, dice the bacon and onions and fry in a little butter. As soon as the onions are translucent, add the broccoli, cut into florets, to the pan (if desired, you can also blanch the broccoli first). Deglaze with cream and stock and bring to a boil. Once the broccoli is tender, season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix with the pasta, and your snack is ready.
