Shrimp in tomato cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of shrimp
  • ½ pack of tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic
  • basil
  • Lemon pepper
  • lemon juice
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Delicious with spaghetti

Heat olive oil in a saucepan. Sauté the finely diced onions. Add the shrimp and sauté. Add the passata and cream, bring to a boil, and then simmer over low heat. Season with salt and pepper or lemon pepper, lemon juice, and basil. Serve the sauce over spaghetti and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
