Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g Greek yogurt
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- ½ bunch mint, fresh, finely chopped
- Salt
Instructions

Orient – Basic, also fits well in the barbecue season
Whisk together the yogurt and olive oil until smooth. The yogurt should be glossy. Stir in the mint and season with salt. Delicious with grilled food, flatbread, salad, and vegetables.
