Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 1 roll, from the day before
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped, to taste
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 onions
  • 2 cans of mushrooms
  • 2 cups Hungarian-style paprika sauce
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • Mustard
  • some Tabasco to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Combine the ground beef, bread rolls, eggs, diced onions, mustard, salt, pepper, Tabasco, and garlic and spread on a greased baking sheet. Slice the onions into rings and drain the mushrooms. Spread both over the ground beef. Mix the sauce and sour cream together and pour over the other ingredients. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 50 minutes. Serve with baguette or white bread. This recipe serves 4-6 people, depending on your appetite.
