  • 40 g oat flakes, fine

  • 62 ½ ml milk
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 10 g olive oil
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 250 g scampi or prawns, king prawns
  • ½ bag of grated cheese, e.g. Emmental, Gouda or similar, approx. 200 g each

  • salt and pepper

Combine flour, yeast, milk, oats, salt, and olive oil in a bowl and knead by hand. Knead the dough thoroughly until it holds together well. Place the ball of dough in a plastic bag, close it with a clip, and let it rise for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, clean the thawed scampi, thinly slice the zucchini, and slice the garlic cloves. Knead the dough thoroughly by hand again and roll it out on baking paper, a springform pan, or a round silicone mold. Cover the dough with the thinly sliced ​​zucchini slices, arrange the garlic slices on top, and sprinkle a little oregano on top. Place the scampi on top, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Season the pizza with a little more oregano and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes on the middle rack. Serves 2.
