- Paprika powder
- 100 g prawns or shrimps, peeled and cooked

Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Single version, easily convertible to 2 trays
Place flour and a pinch of salt in a sealable bowl. Heat the milk to lukewarm and mix half of the milk with the yeast. Heat the butter in the remaining milk (just warm enough so that the butter is just melted). Pour the yeast mixture over the flour and mix lightly. Then add the butter mixture and mix well. Place the dough on a work surface and knead it with your hands until smooth (if you have a smooth and even work surface, you don’t need any more flour; the dough won’t stick!). Return the dough to the bowl, seal it, and let it rise for about 30 minutes. Season the tomato puree with herbs, salt, pepper, and paprika. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan/convection oven). Fry the bacon slices in a pan (or in the microwave) until crispy, let cool, and then cut into large pieces. Drain the corn and shrimp. Cut the onion into rings and the garlic into thin slices. After the dough has risen, knead it again. Then roll it out into a circle on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread with the tomato sauce, sprinkle with 1/4 of the cheese, and top evenly with the remaining ingredients. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes and serve hot. If you convert the recipe to 5 servings, it’ll serve 2 baking sheets with one cube of yeast. I freeze the dough in portions and then have homemade pizza dough on hand, ready to top with whatever I like.
