Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g puff pastry
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 small jar of anchovy fillet(s)
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g Gouda, young, whole or grated
  • 100 g crab
  • 1 jar mussels
  • 750 g tomatoes
  • 1 small can of tuna

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Slice the onion into rings, soak the anchovies and mussels in water. Preheat oven to 220°C. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and place it in a springform pan with a diameter of approximately 26 cm. Pull up a 2 cm edge and lightly prick the dough all over with a fork. Mix the tomato paste with 1 tablespoon of oil. Brush the dough with the remaining oil. Peel the tomatoes and slice them. Spread the tomato paste over the pastry base and top with the tomatoes. Tear the tuna into pieces and arrange it on top of the tomatoes along with the onions, anchovies, crab, and mussels. Sprinkle the grated Gouda cheese over the pizza. Preheat oven to approximately 220°C. Place the pizza on the middle rack of the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and golden brown. Serve hot.
