Sorrel Curd
The perfect sorrel curd recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Lowfat quark
- 1 cups Yogurt 10% fat
- 1 large handful Sorrel cut into strips from the dog-free park
- Salt
- Colorful pepper from the mill
- Lemon juice
- 1 little toe Garlic, pressed
- Put all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and mix well together. Can stand in the refrigerator for a few hours and soak. Tastes great with today’s freshly baked no-knead bread … Mmmmh!
