Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g camembert(s) (goat camembert), ripe
- 150 g goat’s cheese
- 50 g butter, e.g. sour cream butter
- 2 tbsp, heaped spring onions
- 1 tsp, heaped cumin
- 1 tsp sumac
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Remove the rind from the Camembert and mash it with a fork. Finely slice the onions. The sour cream butter should be at room temperature. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and let it sit for at least 1 hour.
