Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g cheese (sliced cheese)
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 chili peppers, red & green
  • n. B. Salt
  • e.g. Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

With tortilla chips or simply with bread

When using sliced cheese, try to use a variety with a strong, yellow-orange color; it looks better. Cheddar would be ideal, but it’s hard to find here. Roughly chop the sliced cheese and melt it with the milk and cream cheese in a saucepan over low heat. Chop the chili peppers as finely as possible (if you prefer a milder flavor, remove the seeds first) and add them to the pan. Mix everything until smooth, season to taste, and add salt or Tabasco to taste if desired. Let cool and serve.
