Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 330 g flour
  • 140 g sugar
  • 140 g almonds, ground
  • 330 g butter, cold
  • 150 g wild berry jam

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Combine flour, sugar, and ground almonds in a bowl. Cut the butter into small pieces and add. Knead everything into a shortcrust pastry. Roll the dough into a log, cut into equal pieces, and shape into balls. Place the balls on a baking sheet. Make a hollow in the center with your finger and fill with wild berry jam. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 10 minutes. Makes approximately 40 cookies.
