Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 2 goat’s cheeses, round, approx. 50 g each
  • ½ lemon(s), zest
  • 2 tsp berries, pink
  • 1 tsp thyme, dried
  • 2 small chili peppers, green

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes

Toast the cinnamon stick in a dry pan. Heat the olive oil to lukewarm and add the cinnamon stick. Let the oil steep for 1 day. Place half of the spices in the bottom of a glass jar. Place the cheese on top and cover with the other half of the spices. Pour in the oil. Let steep in the refrigerator for about a week and then consume within a week.
