Garlic potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 jar Miracle Whip
  • 1 pack of herbs (8-herb mixture, frozen)
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup of cream
  • ½ bulb(s) garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 40 minutes

Boil the potatoes in their jackets and then peel them. Let them cool. For the sauce, combine the mayonnaise, herbs, sour cream, and cream. Finely chop or press the garlic and add it to the sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and sugar. Now add the cooled potatoes and let the mixture sit for a few hours.
