Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 egg whites
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp sugar beet syrup
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 150 g flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Beat the egg whites with the salt until very stiff peaks form. Stir the sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, syrup, and cocoa powder into the beaten egg whites. Finally, add the flour and mix everything into a smooth batter. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the mixture in a freezer bag and cut a small hole in one corner. Now pipe on letters, numbers, or shapes as desired. Let the tray rest in a cool place for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit). Bake the cookies for 10 minutes until crispy, then carefully remove them from the paper. Store the cookies in a tightly sealed container to keep them nice and crispy.
