Super quick and super moist mug cake – you usually have the ingredients on hand and you only have to wash a mug and a fork
Put all the ingredients (order doesn’t matter) into a large mug (otherwise it will overflow) and mix well until a smooth batter forms (don’t overmix, or the cake will not be as fluffy and moist, but rather compact and firm). Place the mug in the microwave and cook on high for 1 1/2 – 2 minutes (Tip: I always put a small plate under the mug in case some spills, so I don’t have to clean the entire microwave). This portion is enough for one mug, which is enough for two people in our house – sometimes just for me. I serve the cake while it’s still hot, garnished with freshly whipped cream and little pieces of strawberries. But it’s also delicious cold! Unfortunately, I only had ice cream in the photo, not cream, but it tastes great too.
