Tagliatelle in white wine sauce with chicken

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 400 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 200 ml cream
  • 50 ml white wine
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 ml water
  • e.g. Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Prepare the tagliatelle pasta according to the package instructions. Season the chicken breast fillet with salt and pepper and sauté. Trim and slice the mushrooms, and sauté them with the chicken. Deglaze with the white wine, water, and cream. Bring to a boil briefly, and season with salt and pepper. Thicken the sauce slightly, if necessary. Toss the al dente tagliatelle pasta in the sauce and simmer briefly. Wash the spring onions and slice them into thin rings, scatter them over the pan, and grate a little Parmesan cheese over the top.
