Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cup brown rice
- 2 cup(s) water, boiling
- 30 g ginger, small weighed
- 200 g minced beef
- 20 g ginger, small weighed
- 150 g quark 0.5%
- 10 olives, green with peppers, halved
- 6 grains of pepper, ground
- 100 g cheese, Limburger 40%, diced
- 50 g corn, ground
- Butter, for frying
- 200 ml wine, white, dry
- 50 g tomato paste
- 1 pinch of salt
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
gluten-free + egg-free
Boil rice and ginger in water for about 35 minutes, then let it soak for 10 minutes. Combine all ingredients, from ground beef to corn, and fry four palm-sized meatballs in hot butter. Serve with rice. For the simple sauce, simmer good dry white wine with tomato paste for about 5 minutes, then season. My own recipe.
