Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g minced meat
- 125 g rice
- 2 large onions
- 3 m.-large tomato(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 jar bell pepper(s), strips
- 1 can of corn
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet and hot
- possibly chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Brown the minced meat with the onions and garlic. Season and add the tomatoes. Meanwhile, cook the rice until tender. Then add the corn and rice. Just before serving, add the paprika and heat through.
