Limburger Frikadelle with ginger rice

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 2 cup(s) water, boiling
  • 30 g ginger, small weighed
  • 200 g minced beef
  • 20 g ginger, small weighed
  • 150 g quark 0.5%
  • 10 olives, green with peppers, halved
  • 6 grains of pepper, ground
  • 100 g cheese, Limburger 40%, diced
  • 50 g corn, ground
  • Butter, for frying
  • 200 ml wine, white, dry
  • 50 g tomato paste
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

gluten-free + egg-free

Boil rice and ginger in water for about 35 minutes, then let it soak for 10 minutes. Combine all ingredients, from ground beef to corn, and fry four palm-sized meatballs in hot butter. Serve with rice. For the simple sauce, simmer good dry white wine with tomato paste for about 5 minutes, then season. My own recipe.
