Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg flour
- 2 packets of dry yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- n. B. Water, lukewarm
- 200 g cooked ham
- 2 large onions
- 250 g Harzer cheese
- 1 gr. can/n pineapple pieces
- 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
- oregano
- Salt
- 2 tsp curry powder
- Flour for the work surface
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
absolutely fat-free – enough for 4 pieces
For the yeast dough, thoroughly mix the dried yeast with the flour and salt. Gradually add lukewarm water until you can knead it into an elastic dough. Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place for about 2-3 hours, ideally to allow the dough to double in size. In the meantime, you can prepare the topping. To do this, cut the cooked ham into small slices and the onions into rings. First, cut the Harzer cheese into small pieces and then chop very finely with a kitchen knife until it becomes really crumbly. Drain the pineapple pieces and set aside. For the sauce, simply mix the oregano and curry powder with the tomatoes and then add salt. Once the resting time is up, divide the dough into four pieces (one piece of dough is roughly equivalent to a medium-sized pizza). Take one piece of dough and roll it out on a floured surface. Then place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and shape the crust. Do the same with the remaining dough. Next, spread some tomato sauce on each pizza, then top with the ham, onion rings, and pineapple (of course, you can use other ingredients as well). Finally, spread the Harzer cheese evenly on top. Each pizza is then baked individually for about 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 275°C (top/bottom heat).
